Sunnyvale, California, USA – November 15, 2011 – SiTime Corporation, an analog semiconductor company, today launched the SiT530x family of Stratum 3-compatible silicon MEMS timing solutions to replace OCXOs and TCXOs. The SiT5301 and SiT5302 target communications and networking infrastructures such as SONET, synchronous Ethernet-based core and edge routers, wireless base stations, IP timing, and smart grid applications. The SiT530x family uniquely integrates Stratum 3 safety with a small size, low-voltage operation, and programmable features, enabling customers to quickly and easily customize and differentiate their products.

The SiT530x family consists of two devices: SiT5301 operates from 1 MHz to 60 MHz, and SiT5302 operates from 60 MHz to 220 MHz. Both devices offer the following features and benefits.
