Plan to launch KINEX applications based on the company's ThingWorx
Elimination of silos within the lifecycle, enabling extensive data access

PTC today unveiled Kinex, a new brand consisting of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

KINEX, a role-based application, helps secure the user information and insights necessary for optimal decision-making and performance improvement by integrating data from enterprise systems with physical field data. Powered by PTC's IoT platform ThingWorx, the KINEX application transforms how products are designed, manufactured, and serviced, as well as the user experience.

The first new product under the Kinex brand is the 'Kinex™ Navigate™' application, which has spread rapidly since its initial launch, with over 125,000 copies sold to date. 'Kinex™ Navigate' provides a simple role-based interface that enables enterprise users to access and utilize product data across various systems.



Furthermore, by combining with PTC’s smart connected PLM solution Windchill, whose superior technology has been proven in various markets, it eliminates silos within the product lifecycle and enables extensive data access. Through this, users involved in the product lifecycle can accurately grasp the latest product information and make optimal decisions.

PTC plans to subsequently release additional Kinex applications based on its IoT platform, ThingWorx. Through the development capabilities provided by ThingWorx, partners and customers can add features to Kinex applications to meet their business needs.
