Samsung Electronics and SK's 'S Awards' offer Galaxy S8 and a one-year free call voucher
Published2017.04.12 15:43The S Awards, held annually since 2015, is an event that selects customers of Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy S series from among long-time SK Telecom users and presents them with the latest Galaxy S smartphones and one year of free call vouchers.
The 'S Mania' award will be presented to customers who have used all seven models of the Galaxy S series released so far, the 'S Legend' award to customers currently using the Galaxy S1, and the 'S Family' award to customers whose whole family uses the Galaxy S series.
SK Telecom’s Head of Service Division, Lee In-chan, stated, “This year’s S Awards has been prepared as a special event for customers who have shown 20 million times their love to SK Telecom and Samsung Electronics,” adding, “SK Telecom plans to do its best to provide the best service to Galaxy S8 customers as well.”

Samsung Electronics will launch the "Galaxy S8 Asiana Phone," a dedicated smartphone for Asiana Airlines customers, together with Asiana Airlines and SK Telecom on the 21st. The "Galaxy S8 Asiana Phone" is the successor to the "Galaxy S7 Asiana Phone," the first collaborative project jointly conducted by a smartphone manufacturer, an airline, and a mobile carrier last year. From the 7th to the 17th of this month, customers can make advance reservations on the Asiana Airlines website by deducting 30,000 Asiana Airlines miles from the device price for a discount and paying the remaining amount. Devices purchased through advance reservations can be activated from the 18th to the 24th.
