Dassault Systèmes Business Unit Vice President Visits Korea and Introduces Fourth Industrial Revolution Cases

Dassault Systèmes Korea announced that it plans to establish a Dassault Systèmes Certification Center at Hanyang University Education Center and conduct certification exams to actively foster key talents for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including smart factories.

Dassault Systèmes held a plaque unveiling ceremony at the Hanyang University Education Center and delivered a special lecture on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attended by Pierre Mévil-Blanche, Vice President and Head of the CATIA Brand at the headquarters. The Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform certification is a highly credible exam administered over 35,000 times worldwide, focusing on evaluating practical skills in utilizing the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Therefore, it is expected to be utilized not only for its high applicability in actual work processes but also for assessing the work performance capabilities of practitioners.

Through the introduction of the Dassault Systèmes Academy Member Program, Hanyang University plans to provide students with more systematic training in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, which is widely used across various industries. Dassault Systèmes expects this program to strengthen the capabilities of students preparing for employment while also contributing to the improvement of the curriculum for related courses.

Interest in new industrial sector certifications is rising after the government recently announced that it would establish national certifications for occupations related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as robot parts and software development and 3D printer operation. In line with the increasing demand for more professional and credible certifications, Dassault Systèmes plans to actively foster key talent for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including smart factories, through the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform certification.
