Xperi Korea Unveils New Products and Technologies at 'World IT Show 2017'

Xperi Korea will participate in the 'World IT Show 2017', held at COEX from the 24th to the 27th, and demonstrate key technologies such as DTS Headphone:X™ (hereinafter Headphone:X) and DTS Connected Radio™ (hereinafter Connected Radio).
Xperi Korea plans to demonstrate a variety of technologies, ranging from mobile audio technology to connected radio technology applied to automobiles, through demo zones set up at its booth (Hall C, CA101) within this year's World IT Show. Visitors can experience firsthand ▲ Headphone:X, DTS's surround sound technology applied to LG Electronics' latest Gram series laptops, and ▲ 'Tone Plus Studio,' LG Electronics' wearable personal speaker incorporating DTS sound tuning. Additionally, they can experience ▲ the home streaming platform 'DTS Play-Fi™' and ▲ DTS connected radio technology for automobiles.
Headphone:X technology is a technology that allows you to experience perfect, immersive surround sound with standard headphones. In addition, PlayFi is one of DTS's key sound technologies that enables simultaneous wireless music streaming playback on smartphones, tablet PCs, laptops, and desktops using wireless LAN (Wi-Fi).
In particular, this demo zone will feature a demonstration of PlayFi technology using the McIntosh RS 100 active speaker, which boasts the best sound quality in all wireless environments. Connected Radio technology is a solution that combines radio broadcasting with the Internet and can be used for all analog and digital radio broadcasts, including AM, FM, DAB+, DRM, and HD Radio. It provides a rich user experience by adding diverse and interactive services to existing radio broadcasts.
