If you say "Find COEX" while driving, T Map automatically searches for the destination, asks the user to confirm the destination, and then begins navigation. When voice recognition and artificial intelligence are applied to T Map, it becomes possible to control home IoT devices. While driving, the system can ask if the home gas valve is turned off, and if not, it can turn it off immediately.

In the event of an accident, requesting rescue becomes possible with just a single word. If a customer shouts, “Request emergency rescue,” the accident is reported to the police or fire department, and location information is automatically transmitted, enabling rapid rescue operations.

As technology advances, additional services become possible, such as sharing the location of an accident while driving, suggesting alternative routes, or identifying available parking spaces in parking lots. In addition, SK plans to provide attractive coupons or related services based on relevant data, such as users' driving habits, frequently traveled routes, and places where they stopped.

SK Telecom Business Team Leader Lee Jong-gap emphasized the differentiation, stating that the key factor in voice recognition-supported navigation is the 'voice recognition success rate,' and adding, "The level of completeness is high because we have advanced the voice recognition T Map that was already released in 2012."

SK Telecom plans to develop solutions specialized for the automotive industry based on its know-how and high-quality services as the nation's No. 1 mobile navigation provider, and to develop various content through collaboration with small and medium-sized enterprises, venture companies, and individual developers.
