National Instruments (NI) announced the launch of 'ATE Core Configurations,' which provides key mechanical equipment, power, and safety infrastructure. The ATE Core Configurations solution supports the acceleration of the design and construction of automated test systems across a diverse range of industries, from semiconductors and consumer electronics to aerospace and automotive.

The ATE core component configuration solution supports the design, purchasing, assembly, and construction of smarter test systems by improving the capabilities of test organizations through a standardization platform, thereby reducing costs and shortening time-to-market.

With a 19-inch rack-based configuration, it can be used in rack units of various heights and meets the requirements of almost any application with an expandable power profile. In addition, highly integrated safety features such as thermal cutoff, emergency power cutoff (EPO), uninterrupted power supply options, and IEC 61010 certification can also be utilized.

By utilizing an online configurator, you can select various components and rack internal locations such as PXI instrumentation, signal conditioning, kW power supplies, and cooling, and simplify BOM management through integrated part numbers and reduced vendor transactions.
