MapR Technologies announced that its MapR File System has been adopted as a solution to support SAP's cloud infrastructure storage capabilities.

This enables SAP to provide services that accelerate continuous innovation to its global cloud customers, leveraging the scale, performance, and reliability of the MapR File System. The MapR File System provides built-in recovery, lifecycle operations, and data high availability capabilities for storage in SAP HANA, SAP IQ, and data-intensive workloads.
