Collaboration with X Microwave, a specialist in RF and microwave module blocks

Analog Devices (ADI) announced a collaboration with X-Microwave LLC, a specialist in RF and microwave module blocks, to enable RF developers to efficiently and quickly evaluate RF components and prototype signal chains.

As the first step in the collaboration between the two companies, X Microwave will offer more than 250 ADI RF, microwave and millimeter wave products as drop-in module blocks.

ADI offers a portfolio of over 1,000 RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave components. It also provides the software and support tools RF engineers need to develop complete signal chain solutions tailored to their applications, from DC to 100 GHz.

Furthermore, signal chains can be built simply by arranging modular building blocks and simulating the designed system using X Microwave's online tools. This represents a stark contrast to the cumbersome traditional system development methods that require connecting multiple evaluation boards using dozens of cables. This has made the design process easier while reducing time to market and development costs.
