Agilent Korea (CEO Kim Seung-yeol) announced that it has added a new multi-measurement function to the Agilent 89600 VSA software that enables simultaneous signal analysis of multiple carriers and signal formats for more efficient testing and more accurate signal understanding in wireless testing.

Through this, engineers in wireless R&D and manufacturing fields that must handle one or more signals simultaneously can now perform faster and more efficient signal measurements, and can also obtain information about subtle interactions between asynchronous signals that occur within a single device.

The newly announced multi-measurement function of the 89600 VSA software provides powerful multi-signal analysis capabilities while maintaining the convenience of an easy-to-use U/I interface. The improved software allows engineers to set up multi-measurements simultaneously, and all measurement elements are stored in memory, so they can be recalled in part or in entirety and can also be used for collaborative work.

Additionally, engineers can perform continuous measurements when signals are too far apart to be captured in a single acquisition, and researchers and developers can subsequently use custom equations or trace overlays for in-depth comparison through results displayed on a single screen.
