Ecova, a comprehensive energy and sustainability management company within Artesyn Embedded Technologies, announced that its CNS653-ME and LCM1500-Q AC-DC power supplies for 115V industrial applications have achieved 80PLUS certification.

80PLUS certified products must satisfy an energy efficiency of 80% or higher for industrial power supplies.

According to Ecova, the industrial power supplies will operate at just 26% of their rated power, benefiting a wide range of industrial equipment manufacturers, including medical and instrumentation, industrial and building control and automation, and test and measurement.

Artesyn has achieved 80PLUS certification for its 115 V industrial power supplies. It has also achieved Silver certification for its ADN20-24-1PM-C DIN rail device used in high-volume industrial applications such as semiconductors.
