Tescom to Enter Vietnam's Electronic Measuring Equipment Market

On the 10th, Nuvicom signed a distribution agreement with Tescom, allowing it to independently export electronic measuring instruments produced by Tescom through its local Vietnamese subsidiary. Tescom chose Nuvicom for its Vietnamese expansion because it was aware of Nuvicom's track record in a market where no other global electronic measuring instrument manufacturer had a direct presence.
Maintenance issues related to various electronic measuring instruments used in production plants require constant vigilance and management. Nubicom focuses on addressing these issues, operating a business based on a strategy of increasing customer satisfaction through after-sales service and calibration services for electronic measuring instruments. Specifically, for instrument calibration, Nubicom partners with MPC, a world-leading calibration company with 51 years of experience, boasting industry-leading reliability. Furthermore, Nubicom's unique calibration lab, certified by ISO17025/Z540, ensures customer trust.
Z540 means that the system has been certified to guarantee the calibration results (Pass/Fail) of test equipment based on the specifications set by the measuring instrument manufacturer. Nubicom plans to successfully supply Tescom products based on customer satisfaction services, such as providing equipment free of charge for the period of time customers entrust their products to be calibrated, if necessary.
Founded in 1993, Tescom is a domestic technology-intensive company that develops and produces RF shield boxes, mobile wireless test platforms, Bluetooth testers, DAB/DMB testers, GNSS signal generators, WLAN/BT testers, TEM cells, and RF couplers.
Meanwhile, on the 27th of last month, Nubicom signed a distribution agreement with Averna, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, and will supply the company's electronic measuring instruments, including RF signal testers and RF signal generators for automotive electrical testing, to Korea.
Founded in 1999, Everna provides solutions for broadband, RF measurement, iridium testing, and RFID testing for industries such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, life sciences, aerospace and defense, semiconductors, and telecom infrastructure. Currently operating offices in 11 countries, Everna employs approximately 500 people and 50 R&D specialists. With over 5,000 customer projects under its belt, Everna is a globally renowned measurement technology company. Products under development and production include approximately 100 products, including RF signal generators and testers, multi-channel RF recorders and playback, DOCSIS protocol analyzers, design verification systems, physical layer test systems, and performance and compliance certification systems.

Nubicom plans to begin its domestic sales in earnest by exhibiting at the 'Automotive Technology Expo 2017' exhibition, which will be held at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong from July 19th to 21st.

ADI Launches Regulator to Reduce Conductive EMI Noise
Analog Devices has introduced the LTC7124, a new high-efficiency 4MHz synchronous dual-output buck regulator featuring a fixed frequency, peak current mode architecture. The new product also includes spread spectrum modulation options to reduce radiated and conductive EMI noise. The LTC7124 delivers continuous output current up to 3.5A from each channel, or generates up to 7A of two-phase single output through a compact 3mm x 5mm footprint package. The LTC7124 operates with input voltage from 3.1V to 17V and provides a wide output voltage range from 0.6V to 99% of VIN with high VOUT accuracy of ±1%, making it ideal for 1-4 cell lithium-ion battery applications as well as 5V to 12V intermediate bus systems. In addition, it is suitable for applications such as battery-powered systems, POL (point-of-load) power supplies, portable test instruments, and handheld scanners.

NI Launches Oscilloscope Based on High-Density Design Instrument Technology
National Instruments (hereafter NI) has announced the launch of the latest 100 MHz, 8-channel oscilloscope based on NI's PXI high-density software-designed instrumentation technology, along with a new family of PXI arbitrary waveform generators featuring up to 2 channels and 80 MHz analog bandwidth in a single slot. Engineers can generate high-performance signals and measure complex waveforms through these affordable and compact mixed-signal instruments mounted in a modular form factor. The new PXIe-5413, PXIe-5423, and PXIe-5433 arbitrary waveform generators support -92 dB SFDR (Spurious-Free Dynamic Range) and 435 fs integrated system jitter, while providing precise waveform adjustment capabilities when used with a dedicated standard waveform generation engine.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
