Lenovo Korea launches tablet aimed at high-end multimedia users.
Published2017.07.31 11:06Lenovo Korea announced the launch of its premium gaming tablet, the Tab4 Plus Series. The Lenovo Tab4 Plus Series is a premium model aimed at users who consume high-end multimedia content, such as games, and features powerful multimedia features combined with the convenience of a tablet.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus and Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus are equipped with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (octa-core 2.0GHz processor). They support 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, with an additional microSD card slot for easy storage and management of large amounts of content. Furthermore, the extended battery life of up to 12 hours allows for extended gaming and diverse performance.
The Tab 4 Plus series is the world's first to feature a dual-glass IPS display and boasts a Full HD (1920x1280 for the 8 Plus, 1920x1200 for the 10 Plus) resolution, delivering clear and vivid image performance. It also features dual stereo speakers for high-quality audio, and Dolby Atmos enhances user immersion in multimedia experiences like games and videos with a three-dimensional sound experience.
Since its predecessor, the Tab 4, security has been enhanced by adding a fingerprint recognition sensor. Featuring a luxurious design in two colors—Sparkling White and Aurora Black—that sparkle and change color depending on the angle, the device boasts a thickness of less than 7.2mm, enhancing portability. Furthermore, accessories like a separate Bluetooth keyboard allow for Android-based productivity as a two-in-one device.
The Tab 4 Plus series will be sold exclusively through Auction All-Kill Scoop, and to celebrate its launch, a launch promotion will be held for customers who purchase the device. Customers who purchase the device can choose from benefits such as Smile Cash worth 10,000 won (1,000 winners), a download coupon worth 10,000 won (1,000 winners), a 64GB Micro SD card, or a Google Store recharge card worth 15,000 won. Customers who purchase the Tab 4 8 will also receive a free cover and screen protector.
Kang Yong-nam, CEO of Lenovo Korea, said, “Considering users’ diverse application and high-capacity content consumption patterns, we have introduced a high-end tablet series that is lightweight yet allows users to enjoy clear images.” He added, “The Tab 4 Plus series will be more than enough to enjoy not only various genres of mobile games but also high-performance PC games.”
