Securing market leadership in next-generation mobile communications with broadband signal analysis/generation solutions
Korea Agilent (CEO Kim Seung-yeol) has announced two solutions for broadband signal analysis and wide bandwidth generation for next-generation wireless communications analysis: the PXA signal analyzer and Signal Studio software.
The PXA signal analyzer is the industry's first to support signal analysis bandwidth up to 160MHz and intermediate frequency bandwidth up to 900MHz across a frequency range up to 50GHz, enabling wide bandwidth signal analysis for development and verification of next-generation mobile communications methods using increasingly wider bands, broadband communications, and aerospace and defense industry applications such as radar signals.

Additionally, Signal Studio software enables broadband signal generation such as recently developed LTE-Advanced and 802.11ac signals, providing broadband signal development engineers with industry-leading performance and functionality for rapid verification and development of designs and tests for new standards.
Kim Seung-yeol, CEO of Korea Agilent, stated, "Through the Agilent PXA broadband signal analyzer and various modular products to be newly launched in 2012, Agilent plans to actively develop not only Korea's existing wireless communications and defense industry sectors where we hold competitive advantages, but also new markets such as automotive and nanotechnology fields."
