KETI Supports Commercialization of Cosmetics and Medical Technologies
Published2017.08.22 16:07The Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI) announced that it will hold a 'Smart Beauty Device Technology Innovation Matchmaking' event at its Seongnam headquarters on the 24th.
Technology Innovation Matchmaking is part of a corporate collaboration platform designed to promote the commercialization of public technology by identifying companies in need and supporting technology transfer/commercialization.
This event was organized to promote the development of the smart beauty device industry through marketing and close corporate business support from the Smart Beauty Device Commercialization Support Center.
Starting with an introduction to smart beauty device trends and the commercialization support center, a seminar will be held on core technologies that will lead the smart beauty device industry, including high-frequency platform technology applied to various beauty medical fields such as wrinkle improvement and body management, hardware-related technologies such as HIFU-related circuits, and medical standard software platform technology.
A tour of the Smart Beauty Device Commercialization Support Center and a meeting to explore cooperation plans are also planned.
KETI President Park Cheong-won said, “We are focusing on developing technologies for next-generation growth engines such as autonomous driving, IoT, VR/AR, and AI, which are at the center of the 4th industrial revolution, as well as developing human care systems.” He added, “Going forward, we will actively support our small and medium-sized enterprises to utilize the core technologies held by the research institute to strengthen their technological competitiveness and grow into global companies by taking the lead in future markets.”

전자부품연구원(KETI)는 작년 6월부터 중소기업청과 산연전용과제의 주관기관으로서 참여기업들과 공동으로 수행한 기술개발 사업화 추진결과를 발표했다. 산연전용과제는 중소기업이 기술개발 및 사업화 과정에서 겪는 어려움을 연구기관의 중소기업 지원 전담조직을 활용해 연구인력, 첨단장비, 신뢰성, 지식재산권, 마케팅 등을 종합적으로 지원하는 사업이다. 이번에 발표된 우수 R&D인프라를 활용한 중소기업 지원성과 사례는 △고운세상코스메틱의 고주파 의료기기, △에스에스라이트의 스마트 컨버터용 조명기구, △파이오링크의 PoE 보안스위치, △신진퓨처필름의 단열필름, △인트리의 OLED용 발광체 공정 테스트 셀 등이 있다.

버전업 된 IoT 플랫폼 모비우스, 글로벌 상용화 확대할까
사물인터넷(IoT)의 진화방향은 어디로 가고 있을까. 전자부품연구원(KETI)이 개발한 사물인터넷 플랫폼의 업그레이드 버전인 ‘모비우스2.0’이 공개됐다. 모비우스는 소스코드까지 공개된 오픈소스로 운용되는 플랫폼으로 글로벌 IoT 표준인 ‘oneM2M’을 기반으로 만들어졌다. KETI는 20일 양재 엘타워에서 ‘모비우스2.0’을 소개하는 행사를 열었다. 2015년 모비우스1.0을 처음 선보인 이후 개발자들의 요구사항을 바탕으로 업그레이드한 버전으로 공개했다. KETI 박청원 원장은 “IoT가 관심 받지 않던 시기부터 시작해 2.0버전을 오늘 공개하게 됐다. 초연결 사회로 가면 디바이스 간의 상호연동성이 중요한데, 모비우스는 그런 측면에서 기술적 경쟁력을 가지고 있다”고 말했다.

The era of obtaining boat licenses via virtual reality is coming
?전자부품연구원(KETI)이 ‘모터보트 시뮬레이터’를 개발했다. 지난 21일 국립부산과학관과 ‘모터보트 시뮬레이터’ 상설전시를 통해 동남권 사람들에게 가상현실 산업에 대한 확산의 계기를 마련하는 업무혁약을 체결했다. ‘모터보트 시뮬레이터’는 선체를 비롯해 핸들, 클러치, 계기판 등 항해장비가 실제 보트와 동일하게 제작된 20피트급 모터 보트 시뮬레이터로, 조종면허 훈련, 안전운항 교육, 단순 오락용ㅇ 등 다양한 가상현실 체험과 훈련이 가능하다.

Ecolab and K-water Discuss Innovation Collaboration in Advanced Industry Water Management
Ecolab and the Korea Water Resources Corporation jointly discussed cooperation directions for maximizing water use efficiency in advanced industries such as semiconductors and data centers and establishing sustainable water circulation. The two companies agreed to gradually develop a long-term cooperation model that combines water resource infrastructure and water management technology to promote water efficiency optimization, water reuse, and carbon reduction.

에이지에너지가 태양광 발전예측 및 I-V커브 이상진단 기술로 중소벤처기업부 녹색기술인증을 획득했다. AI 기반 자산관리 플랫폼 솔라온케어는 전국 3,000개 이상 발전소에 적용되어 99.82%의 시스템 가동률과 3.7% 발전성능 개선을 달성했다. 실시간 데이터 분석을 통해 모듈 노화와 부분 음영 등 미세한 손실을 조기에 감지하고 관리함으로써 발전 수익을 보호한다.
