New 24-inch induction cooktop and 30-inch gas cooktop products unveiled
Built-in appliance display area more than doubled last year

LG Electronics will be showcasing a large lineup of premium built-in 'LG Studio' products at the 'IFA 2017' exhibition, which opens in Berlin, Germany on the 1st of next month.

LG Electronics also more than doubled the built-in appliance display area (84 square meters) within its exhibition hall compared to the previous year. The company plans to impress European consumers visiting the exhibition hall with its differentiated premium image through the rich product lineup of "LG Studio."

All LG Studio products to be exhibited at IFA 2017 feature "Black Stainless Steel." Black Stainless Steel combines stainless steel with a black coating for a subtle yet luxurious feel. Compared to existing stainless steel products, it is easy to maintain as it does not leave fingerprints and foreign substances such as sauce and oil are easily wiped off.

LG Electronics will be exhibiting a variety of 'LG Studio' products, ranging from large products that are 1.5 to 2 times larger than the products previously released in Europe, such as a 30-inch wall oven, 36-inch cooktop, and 42-inch refrigerator, to a 24-inch refrigerator optimized for the somewhat narrow European kitchen.

Among these, the new 24-inch induction cooktop and 30-inch gas cooktop are being introduced to European consumers for the first time.

The new LG Studio 24-inch induction cooktop can generate a powerful 7.4kW of heat when using the Turbo function. It also features an Auto Detection function that automatically recognizes multiple cooking appliances simultaneously, and a Wide Zone function that allows for easy use of even large cooking areas.

The LG Studio 30-inch gas cooktop features a wide top, allowing for multiple large pots to be used simultaneously. Furthermore, a support bar prevents the cookware from tipping or tipping over, providing added safety. The top plate is 4mm thick, which is only half the thickness of existing products, but it uses ceramic material.

To allow European consumers to experience the differentiated kitchen culture offered by LG Studio firsthand, LG Electronics will host a cooking show event featuring Michelin-starred chef Kolja Kleeberg during the IFA 2017 exhibition. Chef Kolja Kleeberg will create a three-course meal using LG Studio products within the LG Electronics booth and present it to visitors.
