(Korea Representative: Kyung-Min Kim), a global leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, today launched the AWB7128 and AWB7228 power amplifiers (PAs) for E-UTRA Band 7 WCDMA and LTE applications. The ANADIGICS small cell wireless infrastructure PA family delivers industry-leading high levels of output power, efficiency, and linearity. These performance levels are optimized for the rapidly growing small cell base stations, including picocells, enterprise-grade femtocells, and high-performance Customer Premises Equipment.

The AWB7128 and AWB7228 wireless infrastructure PAs are optimized for WCDMA, HSPA, and LTE small cell base station operation in the 2620 MHz to 2690 MHz frequency band. The AWB7128 provides +24.5 dBm linear output power, and the AWB7228 provides +27 dBm linear output power. This power amplifier utilizes Anadigics' proprietary InGaP-Plus™ technology to achieve best-in-class efficiency and linearity at this output level, enabling small cell wireless infrastructure solutions that are thermally more efficient, reduce power consumption, and provide wider coverage.
