Exhibition of products across all sectors, including energy production, storage, conservation, and management, under the theme of 'Total Energy Solution'
'NeON R' solar module with the highest output and efficiency in Korea

LG Electronics participated in the '2017 Korea Energy Show,' the largest domestic energy exhibition held at KINTEX in Ilsan for four days starting from the 19th, and showcased a wide range of differentiated energy solutions.

The Korea Energy Show, now in its 37th year, is the nation's largest energy exhibition, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korea Energy Agency. LG Electronics prepared the largest exhibition booth among participating companies, measuring 270 square meters (㎡), and showcased products covering all areas of energy, including production, storage, conservation, and management, under the theme of "Total Energy Solution."

LG Electronics showcased solar modules such as 'NeON R', which boasts the highest output and highest efficiency in Korea for energy production, as well as high-efficiency products 'NeON 2' and 'MonoX Plus', and in the energy storage sector, power conditioning systems (PCS), power management systems (PMS), and batteries for energy storage systems (ESS).

LG Electronics introduced the 'Multi V Super 5' system air conditioner, which achieved Grade 1 energy efficiency in the energy saving field with inverter technology. This product can be used in conjunction with the 'AI Whisen System Air Conditioner Ceiling-mounted Indoor Unit,' which features 'Human Detection Operation' that cools the space where people stay first. Human Detection Operation enables more efficient cooling of the indoor space.

LG Electronics also unveiled a 'Late-Night Electric Heating Solution' that enables heating at low electricity rates during off-peak hours when electricity consumption is low, and a high-efficiency 'Inverter Scroll Geothermal Heat Pump' that utilizes geothermal energy to maintain a constant temperature (15±5 degrees). Geothermal energy refers to thermal energy located 10 to 15 meters underground, and heat from within the earth is stable as it is hardly affected by external factors.

In the field of energy management, Building Energy Control (BEAC) is a system that monitors the operating status and power consumption of a building's HVAC and lighting systems. In particular, it analyzes and predicts the energy usage of the entire building to control energy in the most efficient way.

In addition to this, LG Electronics also exhibited the 'AI Whisen Dual Air Conditioner,' which is capable of cooling, heating, dehumidification, and air purification, and the 'Puricare 360° Air Purifier,' which sucks in polluted air from all directions and purifies it, then releases clean air back in a 360-degree direction.

Lee Gam-kyu, Vice President and Head of LG Electronics’ Air Solution Business Division, emphasized, “We will provide optimal energy solutions that are eco-friendly and highly efficient across the entire process, from energy production to storage, use, and management.”
