Schneider Electric Demonstrates Open Systems Platform at Innovation Summit
Published2017.10.18 10:32Schneider Electric will host its "Innovation Summit: Building, Power, Machine" at the Millennium Hilton Hotel on Thursday, October 19th. This event will showcase Schneider Electric's innovative technologies and explore solutions to energy challenges. Participants will also be able to experience "EcoStruxure," the culmination of Schneider Electric's technological prowess.
EcoStruxure, Schneider Electric's flagship open systems architecture and platform, enables IoT support and interoperability, enabling innovation at every level. It delivers enhanced value in stability, reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and connectivity, and leverages advanced technologies in IoT, mobility, sensing, cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity.
This Innovation Summit will highlight EcoStruxure Power, which improves all aspects of power distribution systems; EcoStruxure Machine, which offers unprecedented possibilities in industrial automation; and EcoStruxure Building, which opens the door to smart building systems.
A total of 17 seminar sessions will be held, starting with welcoming remarks by Schneider Electric General Manager Jongsik Park and General Manager Kyomun Chae. The 'EcoStruxure Building & EcoStruxure Power' track will introduce 'EcoStruxure Edge Control' and Power Quality products that can provide real-time solutions, innovative high-voltage distribution panels for building projects, cooling system solutions that improve energy efficiency in data centers based on Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies, and successful domestic business cases.
The "EcoStruxure Machine" track will also showcase real-time augmented reality (AR) monitoring solutions for industrial sites, innovative smart motor starting solutions, new control panels and circuit breakers compliant with IEC and UL standards, and domestic and international success stories. Demonstrations of Smart Panel, Hole in One, and Vijeo 360 will also provide an opportunity to experience Schneider Electric's competitive edge firsthand.
Kyung-Rok Kim, CEO of Schneider Electric Korea, said, "EcoStruxure was proposed to expand business based on the Industrial Internet of Things at the company-wide level, based on expertise in the Industrial Internet of Things and the momentum of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Schneider Electric held the "2017 Innovation Summit Hong Kong" in Hong Kong, a global trade center, from September 25 to 26. This event brought together business leaders and experts from various fields to share ideas and solutions regarding the vision for the digital economy era.
