Dassault Systèmes Korea celebrated its 20th anniversary in Korea by holding the 'Dassault Systèmes Innovation Conference 2017' at the Dragon City Hotel in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

With over a thousand domestic users in attendance, the latest updates and representative global implementation cases of representative solutions of Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, such as CATIA, SIMULIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, and QUINTIQ, will be introduced. This is the first time that Dassault Systèmes Korea has held an integrated user conference rather than individual solution user forums, and it plans to share the experiences and knowledge of various users through such integrated solution conferences in the future.

In his keynote speech, Youngbin Cho, CEO of Dassault Systèmes Korea, will explain the direction of corporate innovation proposed by Dassault Systèmes as a company that has led 3D innovation in various fields for the past 30 years under the theme of ‘Digital Innovation with 3DEXPERIENCE.’ In addition, Professor Lee Jeong-dong of Seoul National University College of Engineering, author of the best-selling book “The Road to Accumulation,” will present “Advice for Korean Companies” to examine the current state of the Korean manufacturing industry and emphasize how important knowledge sharing and accumulation are for Korean companies to make a leap forward and achieve sustainable growth.

This year's Dassault Systèmes Innovation Conference will share practical examples of how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can be applied to achieve corporate innovation and enhance competitiveness through research and presentations by practitioners from diverse industries, including automotive, industrial machinery, aerospace, electronics, shipbuilding, and nuclear power, including Hyundai Motor Company, Hanwha Techwin, Mando, Doosan Infracore, POSCO, and BNP Paribas. Furthermore, examples of 3D simulation, collaboration, and smart factories will be presented, offering suggestions on how users can leverage the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform more broadly.
