Telit announced that it is partnering with Wind River, a subsidiary of Intel, to expand the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) market. Telit and Wind River plan to help companies realize the benefits of IIoT solutions quickly and securely by reducing the complexity of IoT device management.

Wind River is leveraging Telit's IoT platform technology in its device management platform. Enterprise customers can use the latest version of Wind River Helix Device Cloud (HDC) to more easily manage data on-premise or in the cloud and enhance system analytics and remote device management capabilities.

HDC helps protect corporate investments in information management, leverage infrastructure, improve processes, and generate new revenue streams by supporting users in performing integrated computing tasks.

Telit's deviceWISE platform provides connectivity management, device management, and data management capabilities, as well as connectors and services available for immediate use at the edge, cloud, and enterprise. By collecting, managing, and analyzing critical device data, they minimize the risks associated with connecting objects to apps and the time to market required for product launch.
