LG OLED TV (model name: LG OLEDB7V) recently scored 80 points in a TV performance evaluation conducted by Denmark's leading consumer magazine 'Taenk', taking first place among 171 TV models.
'Taenk' praised the 'LG OLED TV', saying, "The picture quality is better than LCD products, and if you are looking for the best TV, this is the product you should choose."
With this, LG OLED TV has proven itself to be the best TV in name and reality by taking first place in performance evaluations conducted by leading non-profit consumer magazines in 12 countries around the world, including the US, UK, Germany, Spain, and Australia.
To ensure fairness in its evaluations, the non-profit consumer magazine operates solely on membership fees, reader donations, and magazine sales revenue, without any corporate advertising support. In particular, it is recognized as more reliable because it directly purchases and evaluates products sold in each country.
Regarding LG OLED TV, the British consumer magazine 'Which?' said, "It is the best TV we have tested in recent years, with unrivaled picture and sound quality," and a leading American consumer magazine gave it the highest score ever in its TV evaluation category.
LG OLED TVs are receiving rave reviews for their exceptional picture quality based on self-illumination, three-dimensional sound with Dolby's Dolby AtmosTM technology, ultra-slim design, ease of use, and intuitive smart TV features. Unlike LCD TVs, OLED TVs do not require a backlight. Each pixel emits its own light, resulting in a clearer picture.
LG Electronics HE Research Center Director Nam Ho-jun emphasized, “We will reorganize the premium TV market with LG OLED TVs, which are recognized by consumers around the world.”

LG전자, 3분기 매출 증가 프리미엄TV와 소형 가전이 이끌어
?LG전자가 3분기 연결기준 매출액 15조 2,241억 원, 영업이익 5,161억 원을 기록했다. 매출액과 영업이익은 전년동기 대비 각각 15.1%, 82.2% 증가했다. 매출액은 역대 3분기 가운데 가장 많다. LG전자 HE사업본부의 3분기 영업이익은 4,580억원, 영업이익률 9.9%로 분기 최대를 기록했다고 밝혔다. HE사업본부가 분기 영업이익 4천억원을 돌파한 것은 이번이 처음이다. 지난 3분기까지 누적 영업이익은 1조 1,832억원, 누적 영업이익률은 9%로 이는 작년 영업이익의 96%에 달한다. HE사업본부는 지난해 연간기준 최대 영업이익을 기록한 바 있다.
