ASUS Unveils New Gaming Laptops and Monitors at G-Star 2017
Published2017.11.15 11:34ASUS's ROG (Republic of Gamers) announced that it will be participating in 'G-Star 2017' and unveiling new ROG gaming products, including new gaming laptops ROG GL503, GL703, FX503, and gaming monitor PG27VQ.
This ROG new product launch show is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 16th at the ASUS booth (D01) in G-Star 1st Exhibition Hall. The new gaming laptops ROG GL503 and GL703 are models optimized for extreme gaming. The ROG Summoner GL503 is exclusively for MOBA games such as League of Legends and Dota 2, while the ROG Sniper GL503 is a laptop exclusively for FPS gaming, equipped with a GTX1070 graphics chipset and a 144Hz panel.
The GL503 model boasts a rugged and sophisticated design, boasting a slim 2.4cm thickness and a light 2.5kg weight, despite being a gaming laptop. The ROG Athena GL703 model offers an even more immersive gaming experience with its 17-inch display. Both models feature desktop-style N-Key rollover for faster operation during games. Additionally, ASUS FX503 with GTX graphics for general game users is also unveiled, providing a wide range of choices for various gamers.
Maximizing ROG's sensibility, the PG27VQ gaming monitor is the world's first to incorporate RGB AURA functionality from motherboards, PC cases, and graphics cards into a monitor, enabling synchronization with other peripherals. Its 1800R curved panel delivers a seamless immersion experience, while its 1ms response time and ULMB functionality ensure smooth image playback with a sense of speed.
Additionally, a variety of programs are planned for the event. Various events will take place at the ASUS booth, including an Overwatch event match with Busan esports team "GC Busan," the final audition for the Join the Republic 2017 Korean national team, a LoL match with ROX Tigers, and a fan signing event with League of Legends professional team "KT Rolster."
