Achieved new records in 88 benchmark categories

Lenovo announced that its x86 servers based on Intel Xeon Scalable processors have achieved 46 new benchmark records. This brings the total number of records set across various benchmarks to 88, continuing Lenovo's continued drive for data center performance innovation.

Lenovo has expanded its portfolio of server products based on Intel Xeon Scalable processors to maximize data center performance, security, and reliability. Furthermore, the recently conducted Intel Xeon Scalable processor benchmark tests cover a full range of workloads, including application development, data management, and Java performance analysis. In these tests, Lenovo achieved scores more than double those of other companies that conducted the same benchmark tests.

Specifically, Lenovo equipped its ThinkSystem SR650 server with the recently announced Intel SSD DC P4800X Optane drive, achieving a performance increase of more than seven times over the previous SR650 server benchmark results in the STAC-M3 Suite. This enables Lenovo to deliver analytics results up to seven times faster to financial industry customers running data management workloads such as structured data analytics.
