The MDBxS series is designed to meet the requirements of space-constrained systems, such as Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices including mobile devices, battery chargers, power adapters, and IP surveillance cameras. With a package height of up to 1.45 mm, the MDBxS series can be installed in tight spaces. Its integrated design and small package size reduce the number of components, saving up to 75% of board space compared to traditional discrete bridge rectifier solutions. The product family currently consists of three parts: MDB6S (600V), MDB8S (800V), and MDB10S (1000V), and versions ranging from 50V to 400V are currently under development.
