Lenovo Korea Launches Gaming Monitor Offering Unrivaled Immersion
Published2017.12.26 15:28Lenovo Korea has expanded its gaming gear product line by launching two 1800R curved gaming monitors, the Y27g and Y27f, which offer an outstanding immersive experience.
The two models of the Lenovo Y27 series curved gaming monitors are 27-inch monitors that support a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. They feature Full HD (1920x1080) resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1. With a high refresh rate of 144Hz, they provide smooth, lag-free visuals in various gaming environments such as FPS, racing, and RPGs, and the slim bezel design enables seamless viewing transitions when using multiple displays.
In particular, the Y27g features NVIDIA's G-SYNC technology to improve screen tearing, distortion, and stuttering. The Y27f incorporates Radeon FreeSync™ technology for AMD CPU and GPU users, eliminating stuttering and tearing during gameplay to support fluid and smooth gameplay.
The 1800R curved display applied to the Y27 series gaming monitors provides an environment optimized for gaming. The curved display is designed so that every point is at the same distance from the user's eyes, ensuring a comfortable field of view even during prolonged use. In addition, for visual comfort and eye protection, it features an anti-glare screen that minimizes glare caused by reflection and low-blue technology that minimizes blue light.
The Y27g offers tilt, height, and rotation functions for user convenience, and allows for precise height and angle adjustments via a multi-functional stand with markings. It also features connectivity, including HDMI 1.4 and DP 1.2 ports (DisplayPort™ 1.2) and a USB 3.0 port.
Meanwhile, the Y27 series can be purchased through the official Lenovo website and 11st. 11st is holding a promotional event until December 27, selling the Y27g and 27f products at special discounted prices of 599,000 won and 436,000 won, respectively, to the first 50 customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
