ASUS announced that it held the 'Enterprise Solution Conference 2018' together with SEAGATE.
This event served as a platform for ASUS and Seagate to announce their respective new enterprise servers and storage products, launched in line with their recent entry into the enterprise business, and to introduce the latest related technologies. It was held in the presence of many B2B and server industry professionals and dealers.
ASUS unveiled the GPU servers 'ASUS ESC8000 G3' and 'ASUS ESC4000 G3' as part of its new server product lineup.
Seagate introduced an enterprise storage lineup applicable to various environments, including 'NYTRO,' an enterprise SSD storage based on SAS, PCIe, M.2, and SATA3, and 'EXOS,' an enterprise HDD that provides scalability and responsiveness.
In addition, ASUS's Intel Xeon processor-based server systems equipped with Seagate Nytro SSDs and EXOS HDDs were displayed in an exhibition space set up on one side of the venue, and a session with technical support staff was also provided.
An official who attended the seminar said, “This 'ASUS & SEAGAT“I think the ‘E Enterprise Solution Conference 2018’ was a great opportunity to not only introduce products but also get a glimpse of the compatibility and technological future of ASUS and Seagate as a single enterprise solution,” he said.

ASUS Launches Mechanical Keyboard Suitable for Gaming
ASUS has announced the launch of additional lineup of the modular mechanical keyboard ASUS ROG CLAYMORE in the domestic market. Following the red switch model, the newly launched ASUS ROG CLAYMORE (brown switch) and the tenkeyless ASUS ROG CLAYMORE CORE (blue switch) are detachable mechanical keyboards equipped with genuine German Cherry MX RGB switches, featuring precise and highly responsive key strokes. The ASUS ROG CLAYMORE series uses Cherry MX RGB switches with excellent key durability of 50 million keystrokes. The brown switch, referred to as non-click, reduces finger strain with appropriate key pressure and is well-suited for extended use, showing a trend of increasing user preference in recent times. Additionally, the blue switch released in tenkeyless format is also the most preferred product among users who are experiencing mechanical keyboards for the first time, thanks to its crisp key feel.

ASUS Ranks 1st in 18 Categories in SPEC Test
ASUS announced that its rack server 'RS700-E9' series and workstation motherboard 'WS C612E SAGE' achieved first place in a total of 18 categories in server and workstation benchmark tests conducted by SPEC (Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation), a computing evaluation organization. The tests were conducted across various applications and environments including artificial intelligence, event simulation, modeling, and video compression. The benchmarks in which ASUS recorded top rankings include SPECrate 2017_Integer, SPECrate 2017_fp, and SPECint_rate.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
