Secure coding training is mandatory for in-house developers to prevent external attacks.

Hoohoo & Company announced that it has renewed its Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

ISMS certification is a system that guarantees that important information and infrastructure assets, such as personal information, corporate information, and industrial secrets, held by a company or organization are managed safely and reliably through an evaluation and review by the Korea Internet & Security Agency, a state-authorized certification body.

After obtaining ISMS certification in 2016, Hoohoo & Company has confirmed through renewal that it continues to systematically manage and safely protect the personal information of Hoohoo users.



To strengthen security, Hoohoo & Company requires its in-house developers to complete secure coding training and applies secure coding to all development work. This prevents SQL injection and XSS attacks, which can lead to personal information leaks, should an issue arise. Furthermore, the development source code related to Hoohoo services has been obfuscated to enhance app stability.
