Keysight Demonstrates E-Mobility Test Solutions at Automotive Testing Expo
Published2018.03.12 10:38Keysight Korea will demonstrate innovative solutions for autonomous driving and e-mobility at the Automotive Testing Expo 2018, held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province from March 13 to 15.
Solutions demonstrated at this exhibition include the Automotive Ethernet Compliance Solution, the E8740A Automotive Radar Test Solution, and the Lithium-Ion Self-Discharge Measurement Solution.
The Automotive Ethernet Compliance Solution provides automated compliance testing for BroadR-Reach V3.2, IEEE 802.3bw (100Base-T1) and IEEE 802.3bp (1000Base-T1) designs, while the E8740A Automotive Radar Test Solution addresses complex test setups, ultra-wideband mmWave measurements and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss. The lithium-ion cell self-discharge measurement solution can dramatically reduce the time required to measure the discharge characteristics of lithium-ion cells for electric vehicles.
Additionally, the company will demonstrate the E6640A set, which helps developers validate V2X and connected car applications, the M9421A, which addresses Dedicated Short-Range Communications (DSRC) test challenges, and the BT2152A lithium-ion cell self-discharge solution, which significantly reduces test times.
In addition, EnergyStorageDiscover, a cell performance verification solution from Scienlab, which was recently acquired, and ChargingDiscoverySystem, a functional test solution for electric vehicle charging equipment (EVSE), will also be demonstrated.

Cinemo-ST-Valence Unveils Connected Car Infotainment Solution
STMicroelectronics (ST) unveiled an automotive infotainment multimedia system together with Cinemo and Valens at CES 2018. The system is composed of Cinemo's Distributed Playback, an automotive media distribution system, and Valens' HDBaseT Automotive technology powered by ST's Accordo5, an automotive infotainment processor, and Telemaco3P, a telematics processor. Infotainment has established itself as a core element of connected cars, and as consumer expectations for best-in-class technology in relation to connected and autonomous vehicles continue to rise, the ability to provide the vehicle experience desired by drivers and passengers is becoming a key competitive factor.

Texas Instruments가 HEV·EV 트랙션 인버터용 다축 코어리스 홀 효과 전류 센서 TMCS2100-Q1을 공개했다. 수평·수직 자기장을 동시에 측정하는 다축 센싱 기술로 기존 단일 축 센서 대비 최대 20배 높은 정확도를 달성하며, 버스바 무개조 설계로 기계 설계 유연성을 확보했다. 800V 아키텍처 확산에 따른 고정확도 요구 충족과 소형화를 동시에 구현한다.
