Healthcare ICT Companies Show Off Excellence in China
Published2018.03.19 11:38The Ministry of Science and ICT announced that the National Information and Communication Technology Promotion Agency (NIPA) and the Korea Innovation Center (KIC) China hosted the Korea-China Healthcare ICT Business Matching Event at COEX.
This consultation meeting was held as a follow-up to 'K-Global@Shanghai' held last December to support the entry of excellent Korean healthcare ICT companies into China.
Ten promising healthcare ICT companies, including small and medium-sized ICT companies at the 'Gangneung ICT Promotion Hall' and K-Global 300, which are promoting our cutting-edge ICT during the PyeongChang Winter Olympics and Paralympics, showcased the excellence of our ICT technologies and services to Chinese investors.
Personal products such as a smartwatch that outputs text in Braille in conjunction with a mobile app (Dot Co., Ltd.) and a portable skin beauty device capable of skin diagnosis and care (Lilycover Co., Ltd.), and hospital products such as an AI-based remote cervical cancer reading system (Buzzful Co., Ltd.) and a hardware platform capable of developing and commercializing ultrasound diagnostic and treatment devices for fields such as dentistry and ophthalmology (Noson Co., Ltd.) were showcased.
In particular, the Korea Information & Communication Technology Industry Promotion Agency (KIPA) and the Hunan Medical Device Industry Association of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide information on inter-company exchange opportunities and investments in order to expand exchange and cooperation in the healthcare and ICT sectors.did.
The Hunan Medical Device Industry Association is a non-profit membership organization responsible for product testing, education, and economic and technical exchanges for medical device professionals and companies in Hunan Province.
Yong Hong-taek, Director General of Information and Communication Industry Policy at the Ministry of Science and ICT, said, “The healthcare market is the main stage for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and innovative growth,” adding, “I hope this consultation will be an opportunity for our healthcare and ICT companies to successfully enter China.”

"Healthcare sector to grow by integrating AI into lifestyle"
한 해 동안 정보통신기술(ICT) 산업에 공로가 있는 모범 기업의 공로를 치하하고, 다음 해 산업 전망과 대응 방안을 논의할 자리가 마련됐다. 19일 삼성동 코엑스에서 ’ICT Inno Festa2017’가 개최됐다. 올해는 스타트업의 보호와 투자유치를 위한 데모데이가 함께 개최되어 모든 ICT 기업인의 교류의 장이 되었다. 이 날 행사는 ICT 중소/벤처 모범 기업에 대한 시상식과 ICT 혁신 기술 세미나, 액셀러레이터 통합 데모데이, 사업 상담회 등이 열려, 기업인뿐 아니라 창업 보육기관, 국내외 투자자 등이 다수 참여했다.

Reduce power consumption by half with IoT Wi-Fi devices
실리콘랩스는 와이파이 제품군(Wi-Fi® portfolio)을 개발했다. 이로써 IP 보안 카메라, PoS(point-of-sale) 단말기, 컨슈머 헬스케어 기기 등 저전력 특성이 중요한 배터리 구동 방식의 와이파이 제품 설계를 간소화할 수 있게 됐다고 밝혔다. 뛰어난 에너지 효율성에 최적화된 새로운 WF 200 트랜시버와 WFM 200 모듈은 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n 와이파이를 지원하며 우수한 성능과 신뢰성을 가진 커넥티비티를 제공한다. 실리콘랩스의 사물인터넷(IoT) 제품군을 총괄하는 다니엘 쿨리 수석 부사장 겸 제너럴 매니저는 “IoT 전용으로 설계된 저전력 와이파이 제품을 제공함으로써 기존에는 구현할 수 없었던 보안성이 높고 배터리로 구동되는 커넥티드 기기 설계에 혁신을 가져왔다”고 말하며 “사용자를 AC 전원 연결 케이블로부터 자유롭게 하는 배터리 구동 기기들의 제한적인 전력 및 공간 요건에 부합하는 와이파이 기술을 원하는 고객 수요가 크게 늘어날 것”이라고 전망했다.

Ecolab and K-water Discuss Innovation Collaboration in Advanced Industry Water Management
Ecolab and the Korea Water Resources Corporation jointly discussed cooperation directions for maximizing water use efficiency in advanced industries such as semiconductors and data centers and establishing sustainable water circulation. The two companies agreed to gradually develop a long-term cooperation model that combines water resource infrastructure and water management technology to promote water efficiency optimization, water reuse, and carbon reduction.

에이치에너지, 녹색기술인증 획득…솔라온케어 가동률 99.82%
에이지에너지가 태양광 발전예측 및 I-V커브 이상진단 기술로 중소벤처기업부 녹색기술인증을 획득했다. AI 기반 자산관리 플랫폼 솔라온케어는 전국 3,000개 이상 발전소에 적용되어 99.82%의 시스템 가동률과 3.7% 발전성능 개선을 달성했다. 실시간 데이터 분석을 통해 모듈 노화와 부분 음영 등 미세한 손실을 조기에 감지하고 관리함으로써 발전 수익을 보호한다.
