Power supply to NEC MEDIAS

(Korea Representative: Kyung-Min Kim), a global leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, announced today that it is supplying its 4th generation high-efficiency low-power (HELP™4) power amplifier (PA) AWT6621 to NEC CASIO Mobile Communications’ new model, the MEDIAS IS11N. The NEC MEDIAS smartphone features a 3.6-inch display, an 8-megapixel camera, and the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

ST Launches 75V Drive IC Targeting 48V Industrial Motor Driving
