Western Digital is introducing the 'My Passport Wireless SSD' in Korea, a highly durable and high-performance media storage solution for photographers and drone enthusiasts.

The My Passport Wireless SSD supports one-touch memory card copying, allowing you to edit and share content immediately on location. It also features the ability to directly access the device from third-party mobile video production apps such as FiLMiC Pro and LumaFusion.

The My Passport Wireless SSD features an SD card reader with read speeds of up to 65MB/s and a one-touch memory card copy button, allowing for quick and easy backup of photos and videos stored on the SD card without the need for a computer or separate software. Using a highly durable and shock-resistant SSD, it safely protects content from shocks, vibrations, and drops from heights up to 1 meter while the drive is in operation.

When transferring files using a USB 3.0 port on a PC or Mac computer, it achieves the fast transfer speed characteristic of SSDs and allows for up to 10 hours of continuous use.

My Passport Wireless SSD will be available for purchase from designated retailers, including official domestic importers, starting in mid-April. The domestic MSRP is 449,000 won for the 500GB model, 749,000 won for the 1TB model, and 1,199,000 won for the 2TB model, depending on the capacity.
