Exhibition of components including electric vehicle drive solutions and infotainment devices

LG Electronics will participate in the '2018 Beijing Motor Show,' held in Beijing, China, starting April 25, to showcase its next-generation automotive component technology.

LG Electronics will operate a private booth to exhibit key automotive components to global automakers from the 25th to the 28th during the Beijing Motor Show.

The exhibition theme is 'Innovation Partner,' which LG Electronics VC Business Division has been conveying as a consistent message at global exhibition events. It embodies the goal of creating the driving force of innovation in the automotive industry together with global finished vehicle customers.

LG Electronics is exhibiting next-generation automotive components across a wide range of fields, including electric vehicle drive solutions such as drive motors and inverters, electric vehicle climate control solutions such as electric compressors and battery heaters, infotainment devices such as AV navigation, central display units, and LCD instrument panels, and autonomous driving devices such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) cameras.

LG Chem is also planning to introduce a product lineup that encompasses all electric vehicle models, ranging from high-performance batteries for pure electric vehicles to batteries for hybrid cars.
