Seoul, May 22, 2012 – ANADIGICS, Inc., a global leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, announced that its 4th generation high efficiency, low power (HELP™4) WCDMA power amplifiers (PAs), the AWT6621, AWT6624, AWT6625A, and AWT6628A, will power ZTE’s V889D, V788D, N788, N910, and PF200 smartphones. The V788D, N788, N910, and PF200 feature 3.5-inch screens, 5-megapixel cameras, and run the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, while the impressive V889D offers a 4-inch screen and runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The ZTE V889D features the AWT6621 and AWT6628A power amplifiers, while the V788 features the AWT6621. ZTE's N788 features Anadigs' AWT6625A, the N910 features the AWT6624, and the PF200 features the AWT6624.
