Dassault Systèmes, Electricité de France (EDF), and Capgemini have signed a long-term partnership for Electricité de France's digital transformation. This partnership was established to enhance Electricité de France's nuclear power performance and competitiveness, and to support the digitalization of nuclear power plant construction and operation engineering projects.
Dassault Systèmes plans to continuously support Electricité de France's projects for the next 20 years using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Based on the latest technology, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform standardizes and optimizes engineering processes and methods, enabling stakeholders to utilize real-time project data. In addition, it is used to build digital twins including nuclear power plant design, construction, and operation.

Through this cooperation, the UK's Hinkley Point C project, future European Pressurized Reactor (EPR) projects, and the French nuclear engineering sector are also expected to benefit.
Capgemini plans to provide consulting, technology, and system integration services to Electricité de France in collaboration with Dassault Systèmes. It also plans to develop and integrate digital solutions optimized for nuclear power plant construction and operation engineering.
