IBM Korea will hold 'IBM Developer Day 2018' at Lotte Hotel World in Jamsil on the 14th to share IBM's latest technologies with enterprise developers.

This event, marking its third year, covers the latest technology trends in the fields of blockchain, AI, cloud, data science, IoT, deep learning, and analytics, which are IBM's main areas of focus. Along with this, IBM's unique know-how, gained through various projects and development experiences, will be shared.
Planned to provide enterprise developers with the latest information and vivid development experiences to help them develop solutions optimized for the future business environment, this developer event will feature Jerry Cuomo, VP of Blockchain Technology at IBM headquarters, and Arnaud Le Hors, Technical Leader of Web & Blockchain Open Technologies, visiting Korea to deliver keynote speeches.
In addition, 24 thematic sessions and 3 hands-on labs featuring lectures by developers from various companies such as Hyundai Motor, Pulmuone, Samsung Electronics, and Bezant will be provided.

IBM [emphasizes] the advanced technologies and capabilities required in the business field for developers who are emerging as key decision-makers in corporate business during the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution We have made various investments and efforts to help equip it.

IBM Korea shares various tools, tutorials, code, and white papers that allow users to utilize a variety of cutting-edge technologies, such as tracking donations using blockchain, developing a pizza ordering chatbot using artificial intelligence, and developing a mobile app that recognizes and translates Korean handwriting, through the DeveloperWorks Korea (https://developer.ibm.com/kr/) technology forum site. Additionally, it is expanding continuous interaction with developers through monthly developer meetups and 'Developer Day,' an annual developer event.
