24 CES Innovation Awards, 13th consecutive year of CES Innovation Awards
LG Electronics (CEO Joo-wan Cho) has been recognized for its technological prowess in home appliance innovation by winning the CES Innovation Awards for 13 consecutive years, including the CES Best Innovation Award for the third consecutive year for its OLED TV.
LG Electronics announced that it won a total of 24 'CES Innovation Awards' at CES 2025, including three CES Best Innovation Awards.
LG OLED TV has won six innovation awards, including Best of Innovation in the Visual Display and Picture Quality categories, making it the 13th consecutive CES Innovation Award winner, an achievement that solidifies its leadership in the premium TV market.
In particular, LG Electronics’ proprietary smart TV platform, webOS, won an innovation award in the cybersecurity category. LG Electronics operates a webOS renewal program that provides webOS upgrades for five years, allowing customers to experience continuously evolving features.
In addition, 'LG ThinQ ON', a key device for implementing AI home, won the CES Innovation Award, receiving recognition for its differentiated customer AI experience and innovation. The product is based on generative AI that monitors indoor environments and home appliances, converses with customers in everyday language, and controls devices.
The 'Mobile AI Home Hub (Q9)' won the Innovation Award in the Artificial Intelligence and Smart Home category. This product connects home appliances and IoT devices and communicates with users through multimodal sensing capabilities that combine voice, sound, and image recognition, as well as autonomous driving technology.
The 'LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor', which won the Best Innovation Award in the Gaming and Picture Quality categories, provides an immersive gaming experience with the overwhelming picture quality of self-illuminating OLED and fast response speed.
In addition, various IT products including the ultra-light premium AI PC 'LG Gram Pro', 'LG MyView Smart Monitor', 'LG UltraFine Monitor', and premium lifestyle projector 'LG CineBeam' won innovation awards.
LG Electronics' CES Innovation Award-winning products will be showcased at CES 2025, which will be held in Las Vegas, USA from January 7 to 10 next year.
