Samsung Electronics Unveils 4 Galaxy S10 Models, "Pre-order Sales Begin on the 25th"

Samsung Electronics held 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2019' at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, USA on the 20th (local time) and unveiled its strategic smartphone 'Galaxy S10'.

The Galaxy S10 comes in four models, providing consumers with a variety of choices.
The four models are the 'Galaxy S10+' equipped with all the latest technologies, the 'Galaxy S10' that provides powerful performance and excellent experience, the 'Galaxy S10e' with enhanced core smartphone functions, and the 'Galaxy S10 5G' that supports the next-generation wireless communication standard 5G.
The Galaxy S10 features an 'Infinity-O Display' design that fills the entire front of the smartphone except for the camera hole, and 'Dynamic AMOLED' that reproduces 100% of mobile color volume to enjoy more vivid picture quality, providing a true full-screen experience. The world's first ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is embedded into the display, enhancing both convenience and security.
Equipped with a 12-megapixel dual pixel camera with F1.5·2.4 dual aperture and a 16-megapixel camera that supports a wide-angle of 123 degrees for the first time in the Galaxy S series, it allows users to take clear pictures exactly as they see them, anytime, anywhere. It also supports ‘Super Steady’, which minimizes shaking at a professional level, allowing for clear video recording.
The Galaxy S10 is equipped with the most intelligent features of any Galaxy smartphone, including 'Wireless Battery Share', which allows you to wirelessly charge not only your smartphone but also your Galaxy wearable devices, and AI-based technology that ensures that the battery, CPU, and memory are always in optimal condition.

Pre-orders for the Galaxy S10 3 models start on February 25th
Samsung Electronics will conduct pre-order sales for the Galaxy S10 series, excluding the 5G model, from February 25 to March 5. The official release date is March 8th.
The Galaxy S10 comes in three colors: Prism White, Prism Black, and Prism Green. The price is 1,056,000 won for the 128GB model and 1,298,000 won for the 512GB model.
The Galaxy S10+ is released in three models: 128GB, 512GB, and 1TB, depending on the capacity of the internal memory. The 128GB model is released in Prism White and Prism Black colors and is priced at 1,155,000 won. The 512GB model is released in Ceramic White and Ceramic Black colors and is priced at 1,397,000 won. The 1TB model is released only as a self-sufficient model in Ceramic White color. The price is 1,749,000 won.
The Galaxy S10e comes in Prism White, Prism Black, and Canary Yellow and is priced at 899,800 won.
Customers who pre-order the Galaxy S10 can receive and activate the product from March 4, before the official launch on March 8, and the activation period for pre-order customers is until March 7.
Galaxy Buds
Samsung Electronics is giving away the cord-free earbuds, the Galaxy Buds, to customers who purchase the Galaxy S10 or S10+, and is providing a large-capacity (10,000 mAh) wireless charging battery pack with fast charging to customers who purchase the Galaxy S10e.
The 'Galaxy Buds' provide a premium sound experience with audio technology from audio brand AKG, and can play music for up to 13 hours. In particular, the Galaxy S10's wireless power sharing function allows for easy wireless charging anywhere.
In addition, Samsung Electronics will provide a 50% discount on the cost of display replacement (once a year, within 1 year of activation) to customers who pre-order the product on-site, and will also provide invitations (2 per person) to the 'Galaxy Fan Party' to be held in 5 cities nationwide starting February 28 through a raffle.
The Galaxy Fan Party will be held in Busan on February 28, followed by Gwangju on March 2, Seoul on March 8, Daejeon on March 15, and Daegu on March 16.
Pre-order customers can apply for a gift through the Samsung.com application or event page (http://www.s10event.co.kr) and receive the gift by completing pre-order by March 7.
The Galaxy S10 can be reserved for both the self-pay model and the models from the three mobile carriers, and can be reserved at digital plazas nationwide and offline stores of each mobile carrier, as well as on the Samsung Electronics website and the mobile carriers' online malls.
Meanwhile, pre-orders for Samsung Electronics' first 5G smartphone, the 'Galaxy S10 5G', are scheduled to begin on March 22.
The Galaxy S10 5G supports transmission speeds up to 20 times faster than existing LTE. It also has the largest display and largest-capacity battery in the Galaxy S series, and four rear cameras including a 3D depth camera.
