Honeywell Launches HPMA115C0-003 and 004

Optimized for measuring ultrafine dust, ±15% accuracy

A dust sensor that is about half as thin as existing products has been released.

Honeywell Sensing & IoT Business Division announced on the 9th that it has launched compact dust sensor products 'HPMA115C0-003' and 'HPMA115C0-004'.

The new products are thinner than existing products, reflecting the needs of customers who value size and weight.

Both Model HPMA115C0-003, which has the air intake and exhaust ports on the same side, and Model HPMA115C0-004, which has the air intake and exhaust ports on opposite sides, are 50% thinner than previous products.

Honeywell's compact dust sensor accurately detects and measures fine dust with a concentration range of 0μg/m³ to 1000μg/m³ in a given environment using a laser light scattering method.

It detects the amount of light scattered from fine dust as it passes through a laser beam, converts it into a signal, and measures real-time concentration values.

The compact dust sensor is optimized for measuring PM2.5 (ultrafine dust) and can also measure PM1.0, PM4.0, PM10 output options are also provided.

Honeywell's dust sensor meets industrial EMC standards and provides high accuracy (±15% for PM2.5) even in harsh and harsh working environments. With a 10-year product lifespan, users can enjoy product stability and cost savings.

Honeywell's dust sensors can be used in consumer products such as air purifiers, air conditioners, and portable fine dust meters, as well as in building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and environmental measurement devices.
