Pro-face, a brand of industrial automation operation interface units and control equipment, is Schneider Electric's HMI (Human Machine Interface) brand.

Proface serves as a communication channel between people and machinery, as well as an interface connecting software and hardware. In industrial settings, it enhances productivity and efficiency by enabling workers, process managers, and logistics personnel to easily access information regarding machines, data, and communication systems anytime and anywhere.

Schneider Electric launched its new Proface HMIs, the 'ST6000' and 'SP5000X', on the 18th.

ST6000 is a state-of-the-art solution equipped with IoT capabilities that provides smart connectivity. It also offers excellent flexibility, being compatible with 130 drivers and over 500 different types of equipment, as well as user-friendly usability and support for maintenance services anywhere in the world.

It allows for easy installation without the need for separate tools and features CPU-level security solutions thanks to enhanced connectivity. In addition, it improves performance and optimizes work and machine information with 16-million-color high-resolution graphics, while increasing customer satisfaction through design customization based on customer requirements.

The SP5000X is a highly durable HMI applicable to a wide range of outdoor industrial sites. With improved information display performance and operability, it can be used in a variety of applications, from special-purpose vehicles such as fire trucks and construction equipment to the oil and gas industry, railways, and traffic control.

It uses a high-brightness liquid crystal panel (1000 cd/㎡) that allows reading even under direct sunlight and features 99% UV blocking. In addition, it enhances vibration and shock resistance by approximately three times and allows the operating temperature range to be adjusted from -30℃ to 70℃, making it optimized for various outdoor industrial environments.

It also features built-in IoT capabilities for easy data collection and remote support, while its modular structure and replaceable system cards facilitate efficient maintenance. It enables real-time management of various devices and field networks while maintaining high safety, in line with the increasing importance of data management in industrial sites.
