STMicroelectronics has launched the STLINK-V3MINI, a simple standalone probe that provides enhanced functionality, faster programming performance, and convenience to the STLINK-V3SET.

STLINK-V3MINI is a portable solution that can be used anywhere to upload and debug STM32 MCU-based applications.

It also supports enhanced features including Virtual COM Port (VCP) by utilizing ST's 14-pin STDC14 debugging cable.

VCP provides convenience and flexibility, such as easily viewing runtime data on the host PC for quick and clear debugging.

Supporting large storage capacity, STLINK-V3MINI allows developers to upload files directly through the probe with simple drag and drop, allowing them to quickly experiment with new ideas or run various demo applications, enhancing developer convenience.

STLINK-V3MINI also provides reference files for 3D printing, so you can customize the probe accordingly.You can also make a dance-type case.

The new probes work seamlessly with the STM32CubeProgrammer and are supported out-of-the-box by popular commercial IDEs including ST’s free STM32CubeIDE, Keil MDK-ARM, IAR EWARM, and GCC-based IDEs.

ST provides free access to the probe's low-level APIs, enabling integration of the STLINK-V3MINI into custom test platforms.
