Silicon Labs partnered with o9 Solutions, which provides integrated planning for demand, supply, sales, and operations planning, to automate the company's forecasting process and implement a single system for demand forecasting.
Everett Plante, CIO of Silicon Labs, stated, "Through the adoption of o9 technology, we have established a single platform capable of managing forecasts across all planning stages," and added, "By leveraging the o9 solution, we can enhance insights into changes in units, pricing, and customers, while also improving transparency regarding forecast variations."
Chakri Gottemukkala, CEO of o9 Solutions, said, "Our goal is to enable fast and sound decision-making in an increasingly complex business environment," and added, "We will actively support Silicon Labs' digital transformation implementation of its forecasting process."
