Automation Anywhere, a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) company, announced the 'Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot,' an AI-based integrated process discovery solution.

Discovery Bots autonomously identify users' work patterns in the pre-automation stage and generate customized software bots with a single click. Utilizing AI and machine learning technologies, it identifies common and repetitive processes that occur between enterprise applications.
Automate business processes by setting automation priorities based on ROI (Return on Investment) and creating software bots with a single click. It accelerates the process discovery process up to five times faster than the existing method performed by humans.
In addition, based on Automation Anywhere's cloud-native intelligent automation platform 'Enterprise A2019', it enables easy deployment through zero-client solutions.
Collaboration users, IT, and development departments can collaborate through the same web-based interface and reduce the time required to understand business process workflows.
Gartner predicted that approximately 50% of RPA development will be automated by 2023. It forecasted that companies could reduce operating costs by up to 30% by 2024 by combining hyperautomation technology with newly designed operational processes.
According to a survey by Automation Anywhere, about 80% of front-office and back-office tasks that can be automated through repetitive manual work remain unidentified, and existing human-driven process discovery methods are slow, time-consuming, and have an uncertain ROI.
Lee Young-soo, General Manager of Automation Anywhere Korea, stated, “Using Discovery Bots allows for a comprehensive understanding of the entire business process, enabling the determination of automation priorities,” adding, “You can create and deploy software bots five times faster than before with a single click.”
Meanwhile, the Discovery Bot is scheduled for official release in the second quarter and is currently being piloted with a select group of customers.
