Telit's Industrial 5G Data Card Achieves Multiple Global Certifications

Telit announced on the 12th that its industrial LTE-A/5G data card, the FN980 series, has passed FCC, PTCRB, RED, GCF, JRL, JTBL, and KC certifications.
This global certification means that OEMs, system integrators, and end users can be assured that their devices using the FN980 series will operate as expected on major mobile networks worldwide.
Based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G Modem-RF System, the FN980 series supports 7x Carrier Aggregation (CA) in sub-6GHz FDD/TDD and LTE Category 20.
It is designed to be used anywhere in the world and supports all scenarios defined by 3GPP for short-term, medium-term and long-term deployment of 5G.
Scenarios include Dual Connectivity (EN-DC) Non-Standalone (NSA) mode combining LTE and 5G, Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS) between LTE and 5G, and 5G NR Standalone (SA) mode.
The FN980 series is an industrial-grade M.2 double-sided data card with a size of 30 × 50 mm, suitable for industrial routers and gateways, fixed Suitable for wireless access (FWA) service communication equipment and mobile high-resolution video equipment.
