TLV915x delivers DC precision and powerful AC performance
ADS7128, supporting robot CPU board applications


Mouser Electronics, a distributor of Texas Instruments (TI), announced on the 9th that it is now stocking the TI TLV915x operational amplifiers and the ADS7128 12-bit analog-to-digital converter.
The TI TLV915x operational amplifiers, available from Mouser Electronics, deliver exceptional DC precision and powerful AC performance. These devices feature a 16-V universal supply, low offset voltage, low offset voltage drift, rail-to-rail output, and 4.5 MHz bandwidth. These low-noise operational amplifiers offer a wide differential input voltage range, high output current of ±75 mA, and high throughput of 20 V/µs, making them ideal for industrial applications as well as high- and low-side current sensing.

The TLV915x operational amplifiers can drive the TI ADS7128 12-bit ADC, an 8-channel, multi-SAR type device. Each of the ADC's eight channels can be independently configured as analog input, digital output, or analog input. Operating in either autonomous or single-shot conversion mode, the ADS7128 ADC communicates via an I²C-compatible interface. The device features an integrated Zero-Cross-Detect (ZCD) module that allows for transient rejection and hysteresis even near configurable threshold crossings. The ADS7128 ADC supports applications such as mobile robot CPU boards, digital multimeters, and rack servers.
