On the 12th, KT opened the 'Telecommunications Big Data Open Lab' at the KT Research and Development Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where big data can be utilized and utilized.

The newly opened 'Telecommunications Big Data Open Lab' is a free offline space where users can directly process and analyze data for research within a 'Data Safe Zone' where they can research and analyze data in a safe and secure environment.

As the host company of the 'Telecommunications Big Data Platform,' KT is providing 113 terabytes (TB) of big data in cooperation with 14 organizations, including BC Card and Next Easy. Through this, the big data platform allows individuals and businesses to freely trade various lifestyle data, such as floating population, consumption, commercial areas, and travel, and provides customized analysis reports and consulting services according to business needs.

In particular, we plan to provide customized training tailored to each user level, as well as consulting and business mentoring services from big data experts in each field for companies lacking data analysis technology and personnel.

In addition, it provides AI inference and predictive analysis capabilities through a high-performance analysis server based on a graphics processing unit (GPU).
