Hikvision will be participating in the World Security Expo, 'SECON 2021', held at KINTEX in Ilsan from Wednesday the 12th to Friday the 14th, and will showcase various security-related products.
At this event, Hikvision will showcase how its solutions can be used in a variety of fields, including factories, apartments, retail stores, parking lots, and transportation. We plan to exhibit a variety of solutions, including AI technology, as well as cutting-edge products such as SMB and high-end devices, special environment devices including thermal imaging, and displays.
Rather than a simple explanation listed in demo videos or text, there will be a variety of experience zones, including real-time parking guidance using installed cameras, access control functions that recognize vehicle license plates, object recognition experiences, heat maps, people counting experiences, and AI function experiences.
In addition, we have prepared various opportunities to experience various Hikvision products and solutions on-site, such as a real-time automatic mosaic experience related to the recent issue of personal information protection, a hands-on experience of various screen configurations of a touchscreen fisheye camera, and a darkroom box experience to experience color video performance in low-light environments.
An online booth tour will also be held on Thursday, the 13th, for customers, buyers, and partners unable to visit the exhibition site due to COVID-19. The online tour will be available via the YouTube channel .

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
