Siemens Korea (CEO and President Chu Kong Lum), the Korean subsidiary of global electrical and electronics company Siemens, announced on August 1 that it had officially appointed Frank Zimmermann as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).


Frank Zimmermann, Senior Vice President, will concurrently serve as Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Korea and Head of Finance for the existing Smart Infrastructure division.

Frank Zimmermann, Senior Vice President, has been with Siemens Korea for 16 years since joining the company as a deputy manager of the Management Performance Support Department in 2005, and has worked closely with management while holding various key positions.

In 2009, he was appointed CFO of Siemens Petnet Korea, where he was in charge of the expansion strategy into the Asian market, including managing manufacturing investments in Australia, Singapore, and India.

After returning to Siemens Korea headquarters in 2013, he led the Building Automation business unit as CFO, and has served as CFO of the Smart Infrastructure division since 2019.
