SK Hynix is conducting its final open recruitment of the year. Starting next year, it will transition to rolling recruitment.

SK Hynix announced that it will be accepting applications for its second-half new employee recruitment from August 20th to August 29th. This is the third rolling recruitment this year, following previous rounds in February and June, and the number of new hires will be in the triple digits. This will be the last open recruitment round, with rolling recruitment starting next year.

The positions being recruited are in 20 fields, including 'design, components, R&D process, mass production technology, mass production management, and product engineering', and recruitment will be conducted by region (Icheon, Cheongju), allowing applicants to select their desired work location in advance in connection with the position.

The hiring process consists of document screening, SKCT (personality assessment), interview, final orientation (OT), and health examination. The final orientation (conducted online) is also part of the hiring process and must be completed to be considered for final acceptance. Successful applicants will begin their employment in November 2021 for graduates, and January 2022 for those expected to graduate.
