Schneider Electric Unveils Easy Series Product Line

As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, factory equipment manufacturers are considering cost-cutting measures, such as shortening manufacturing schedules, to improve profitability. Accordingly, Schneider Electric unveiled its 'Easy Series' industrial automation product line with reasonable price points on the 26th.

The Schneider Electric Easy Series features a diverse range of products covering the entire spectrum of industrial automation, including motion controllers, PLCs, HMIs, industrial inverters, push buttons, warning lights, relays, and limit switches. They are robust enough to withstand harsh industrial environments and are easy to install.

Representative automation products are offered as the economical Easy Series, including the 'Easy Harmony GXU' HMI designed for high cost-effectiveness and reliability, the eco-friendly 'Easy Harmony XVG' warning light with ROHS and CE certifications, and the easy-to-use and compact 'Modicon Easy M200' and 'M200' logic controllers.

Two types of limit switches are available. The 'XCE' limit switch is suitable for heavy-duty applications. It supports IP65 safety rating and durability of 10 million operating cycles, and the switch lever provides flexibility ranging from 15 to 90 degrees. The 'XCJ' limit switch is suitable for light-duty applications and supports IP45 and IK04 safety and durability ratings. It has also obtained CE-EN60947-5-1, CCC, ROHS, and REACH certifications.

The 'Easy Altivar 310' industrial inverter is widely applicable to textile, machine tool, and wood machinery, as well as material handling, packaging, and printing machines. The 'Easy Altivar 619' is suitable for water treatment, oil and gas, buildings, energy plants, and various factory equipment.
